Held on October 1 in Victoria Park. Curated by Wayne Baerwaldt, NBYXE16 explored the theme of “Creative Cuisine as Agent of Change.” Over 10,000 people of all ages attended to experience over 20 artistic installations that encompassed a wide range of unique approaches to the subject of food.
